Solicitud Nulidad.
El memorialista solicita que se declare la nulidad del Auto 275 de 2011, bajo el argumento de que la Corte Constitucional vulneró de forma absoluta y flagrante el debido proceso, dado que excedió sus competencias.
De manera posterior el peticionario radicó un nuevo escrito en el cual manifestó que desistía del incidente de nulidad anteriormente referenciado.
La Sala considera que como la UAESP fue parte dentro del proceso, está facultada para presentar desistimiento y en tal sentido se abstiene de decidir sobre la solicitud de nulidad promovida.
